Landlady of the angel Inn, Westbury when entering a private upper level room saw the figure of a medieval monk walk through a wall and exit via a opposite wall. Strong Smells and cold spots have also been experienced at the angel Inn.

During an investigation on the 26th October 2006,about 6 or 7 people in all, were sat in the function room during a break when they all witnessed a column of bright white light that seemed to drift across the room and then disappear, this was seen through the view finder of a camcorder but when the people present played the film back the light did not show up on film for some strange reason.
The light could not have been caused by light coming in from outside as there were no light sources in the room or coming in through the windows.
